Terms and Conditions:
All items sell AS-IS, WHERE IS, in its condition at the time of sale without any warranties or guarantees, either expressed or implied including but not limited to warranties of title, possession, quiet enjoyment, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
Bidder is responsible to inspect all items, condition, description and authenticity prior to placing any bid. Oronoco Online Auctions LLC shall have no liability for as a result of any errors in descriptions cataloging, mislabeling or imperfections of any item. By placing a bid, buyers acknowledge that they have either inspected the item or chose not to. Make sure you know what you are bidding on, as bids cannot be cancelled. All sales are final.

All participants in an auction must register prior to placing a bid. When you proceed to the registration page, you are required to furnish profile information, including your contact and credit card details. The contact information will be used to generate your invoice and provide you with important auction/bidding updates. Bidders are responsible for any/all bidding taking place on their account. 2 step verification and notifications are set up to protect your privacy and security.

Cash and Credit Cards are accepted – Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express. (A 3.5% convenience fee will be added to credit cards.) A credit card is REQUIRED to register/bid at Oronoco Online Auctions, however you may pay on additional terms listed above.
Purchased items MUST be picked up on the assigned pick up dates. OOA does not have the square footage or staff to manage overflow or NO SHOWS. Your credit card may be charged automatically within 3 days of auction close if you are a no show. With prior approval, purchases may held for a period of no more than 7 days before they are forfeited back to OOA. NO REFUNDS.
**A buyer’s premium of 10% will be added to each invoice as well as sales tax of 7.375% unless buyer completes tax exempt form.**
Method, order of sale and bidding increments shall be at the sole discretion of the Oronoco Online Auctions LLC. And Oronoco Online Auctions LLC may at its sole discretion act to protect the interest of buyers and sellers as an agent by bidding through the auction.

Items are accepted for auction by appointment only. A consignment form MUST be filed with your signature prior to leaving items at OOA. Goods will be cataloged and auctioned on a timeline provided by Oronoco Online Auctions.
Seller payments will be processed by check 7-10 days following auction close. No cash payments. Current commission rates will be listed on your consignment form. Your signature is contract binding.

OOA is a licensed vehicle dealer in the State of Minnesota. Buyers Premium/Taxes/Registration fees will apply and are due at point of purchase. Valid Drivers License and proof of insurance will be required.

OOA is a Federally Licensed Firearms dealer . Drivers License/ATF registration required. Buyers must be 18 years or older and a valid ID must be presented.  Permit to purchase required for all handguns. 10% Buyers Premium, tax and $40 Registration fee (per gun) will apply and are due at point of purchase. Out of state FFL licensing rules may also apply.

Oronoco Online Auctions is Not responsible for accidents/Personal Injury/Personal Property on the premises. Please watch your step and be sure to keep your items insured during the time that you leave them with us.

Oronoco Online Auctions cannot and will not guarantee internet or email service should there be a power outage, internet failure or server malfunction.
